提个醒:现在油条的生意比过去差多了,原因是油条不但属于“垃圾食品”,而且小摊上买的油条还是有害食物。一是油条加工制作过程中要加明矾。明矾的主要成分是铝。铝是在人体内可以富集的。油条吃多了,体内矿物质铝达到一定数量时,就会引发老年痴呆症、智力低下或记忆力下降。因此,建议还是少吃的好!

补充:二是小摊上大部分用的都是“阴沟油”,即从“潲水”中回收的油,不但含有许多反式脂肪酸,还含有许多氢化物。而氢化物是强至癌物质!因此,吃还是不吃?自己决定,仅供参考。
